End of Tenancy Cleaning

The end of tenancy cleaning is a full and deep cleaning of the whole property which includes cleaning of all rooms, fixtures, furniture, electrical appliances and windows (on inside only).

It is a guaranteed service and the client reserves the right to ask for a second visit to the property in case such is required.

Our company is obliged to make sure that any of the below mentioned points have been covered upon completion of the end of tenancy cleaning session.

 

Throughout property and bedrooms:

•      Dust throughout and polish all woodwork

•      Remove all cobwebs

•      Clean mirrors and pictures

•      Clean picture frames

•      Clean light fittings and shades

•      Clean all switches

•      Wipe all skirting boards

•      Wipe all door frames

•      Clean floor edges

•      Wipe curtain rails

•      Wipe fire place and surrounding area

•      Clean out and wipe/dust wardrobes- inside shelves, rails, outside and the top

•      Clean out and wipe/dust all cupboards – inside shelves, drawers, on top and behind (if accessible)

•      Clean door surfaces including tops to remove dust and any marks

•      Clean inside/outside of drawers

•      Wipe down window sills and windowpanes (inside only)

•      Remove any cushions/pillows, vacuum sofa

•      Move all furniture to vacuum and clean under and behind (when possible)

 

 

 

 

Carpets:

•      Vacuum through to edges

•      Move furniture for access (when possible)

•      Steam clean only if booked in advance

 

Hard Floors:

•      Wash down and polish

•      Check for residual hair and dust

 

Kitchen:

Cupboards and drawers:

•      Clear inside/outside and wipe away any finger prints and food splashes

•      Throw away any unwanted items

•      Thoroughly wash bins, inside and outside

 

Sink:

•      Clean

•      De-scale

•      Clean soap dispenser

•      Polish taps, wipe down all tiles and splash backs

•      Clean and throw away any food /dirt/dust deposit around the sink drain

•      Polish up and dry the area

 

Appliances:

 

Fridge:

 

•      Remove all grime, mildew, and food deposits

•      Wipe in and around door handles

•      Clean the rubber seal

•      clean inside/outside and on top

 

Dishwasher/ Washing machine:

•      Remove all grime, mildew, and food deposits

•      Check filters

•      Clean the soap dispenser drawer

•      Wipe down inside and out

•      Check the rubber seal

 

Microwave:

•      Clean inside/outside & top

•      Remove plate and clean

 

Tumble Dryer:

•      Wipe inside and out

•      Clean dust and lint filters

•      Check handles and rubber seal

 

Oven:

•      Clean and degrease oven, hob and grill

•      Clean grill pan and oven racks

•      Clean the inner top of the oven

•      Wipe clean the rubber seal

•      Clean behind the oven (if accessible)

•      Extractor - beneath and on top

 

Toaster:

•      Clean and remove any leftover crumbs

•      Wipe clean if sticky

 

Bathroom, bath, WC's, bidet, shower cubicles:

•     Clean taps and fittings; remove all lime scale and polish

•      Clean soap dispenser

•      Wipe and polish the radiator and towel rail

•      Thoroughly clean, de-scale and polish down shower screen and tiles

•      Check for hair around the drainage

•      Remove all lime scale

•     Clean and disinfect toilet

 

Mirrors/glass:

•      Clean and polish

•      Clean the toothbrush glass and soap dish

 

Extractor fans& radiators:

•      Wipe clean from dust and dirt

•      Wipe exposed pipe work

•      Hoover and polish

•      Radiator tops, between panels, behind and all outside surfaces to be wiped

 

 

ONCE WE COMPLETE THE CLEANING SESSION, WE THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE PREMISES, IT IS A MUST!

ANY DAMAGED SURFACES/DIFFICULT TO BE CLEANED ITEMS/ROOMS ARE TO BE REPORTED TO THE OFFICE BEFORE COMPLETION OF THE SERVICE!

One off/ Deep Cleaning

One-off cleaning is an hourly based cleaning service and does not include the equipment, cleaning chemicals or materials, unless booked/ prepaid in advance.

Our company is to make sure that any of the below mentioned points have been covered upon the completion of the hourly based cleaning session.

We are obliged to acquire the clients priorities prior to or at the time of the cleaning session (not after).

 

Throughout the property, we cover the following points:

Please note that we start from the top of the list, if there are no other instructions, and do as much as we can within the time booked!

  • Hoover and mop the floors, clean the floor edges in all rooms
  • Clean/dust the wardrobes – inside, outside and on the top in all rooms
  • Clean/dust the drawers - inside and outside in all rooms
  • Dust the worktops, the lampshades, the picture frames, the woodwork in all rooms
  • Clean and wipe all the skirting boards in all rooms
  • Clean the cupboards - inside and outside in all rooms
  • Clean the fridge and the freezer - inside, outside and on the top
  • Clean the oven – inside, outside and behind (if accessible)
  • Clean all the kitchen appliances - inside and out
  • Clean the sink, the taps, remove lime scale and any food/dirt deposit around the drainage in all rooms
  • Clean and disinfect the toilet
  • Clean and wash the bathroom/kitchen tiles
  • Clean the inside of windows, window frames, window sills in all rooms
  • Clean all the doors, all the door frames, the light switches in all rooms
  • Remove any spider webs in all rooms
  • Polish any mirrors, glass in all rooms
  • Dust and clean beneath all the furniture (if accessible)

After-builders cleaning service is a post-renovation cleaning or the so called contract construction clean-up. It includes all the cleaning equipment, detergents and manpower necessary to perform the cleaning.

Our company is to make sure that any of the below mentioned points have been covered upon the completion of the cleaning.

We are obliged to acquire the clients priorities prior to or at the time of the cleaning session ( not after).

We reserve the right to negotiate the continuation of the service, the final charges and the payment method in case more work is required than initially booked.

Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Our carpet technicians are to choose the most suitable cleaning method and chemicals for each particular job. Not all stains can be removed in such cases our technicians are to inform the customer, once they have tried all the existing stain removal methods.

 

The professional upholstery and carpet cleaning service requires:

Moving furniture and other items obstructing our ability to provide an optimal clean (Within reason and within the presence /agreement of the client). We would normally ask the customer to remove the furniture in advance. Our technicians will be there to help, but not to move the furniture on their own.

When moving furniture customers need to bear the risk of damaging anything on their own!

 

When cleaning carpets and upholstery we follow the below procedure:

  • Hoover the carpets before steam cleaning
  • Hoover and clean the edges of the carpet
  • Pre-test the material of the carpet/ fabric
  • Pre-test the origin of the existing stains
  • Pre-treat any stains, dirty patches, and high traffic areas
  • We use dust sheets
  • We always use overshoes
  • Place undercover beneath any furniture and replace it upon the completion of the service
  • De-odourise the cleaned areas and we also use odour-remover
  • It is advisable that the client airs the place upon the completion of the cleaning

 

Quotes that were given for a property that was not inspected by our technicians, may change once the we visits the property. The technician will report the necessary changes to the office, when necessary and we will amend the price accordingly. Our company is obliged to inform the client, before we start the service. Any amendments are to take place prior to the cleaning.

Oven Cleaning

Our professional oven cleaning operatives choose the most appropriate way to clean clients’ ovens depending on their condition, type, make & model. Most often this is done using the dip tank method- a tank full of water and oven cleaning detergent. The oven is then pre-heated and all racks, trays and loose parts from the oven are removed and placed in the tank for 30 min- 1h. The oven is left sparkling clean at the end of the session.

Our cleaners are extra cautious when dismantling back panels, fans, oven door and glass.

Additionally, as part of the oven cleaning service, the customer may request having a hob & extractor cleaned. We also offer BBQ cleaning, fridge & freezer cleaning etc.
